Key staff members of the Youth learning services department within South Lanarkshire council use the kanyo product suite as an internal tool to manage and centralise data. The key applications used are shared calendar, knowledgebase and file manager. The shared calendar is being used as a diary management system allowing staff to manage personal time, team meetings etc. Different access levels based on permission means that people can see only what they are required to see. This also allows admin teams when given permissions to set up and manage wider meetings send out invites, monitor responses, allocate resource (rooms, IT equipment etc).
